I am 35 years old and doing ivf for the first time after 5 years of unexplained infertility. 2nd baseline ultrasound (er#2) 13 follicles before stims, stims for 12 days, 25 eggs retrieved, 18 mature, 16 fertilized, will get final results on 03/22. We've done fet with first two, one didn't implant and one early mc. I'm in my tww after my first fresh transfer. I have low amh and was very worried when i found out they only retrieved 4 eggs. I had 7 large follicles before the retrieval, so it was quite a shock.
