I am 35 years old and doing ivf for the first time after 5 years of unexplained infertility. 2nd baseline ultrasound (er#2) 13 follicles before stims, stims for 12 days, 25 eggs retrieved, 18 mature, 16 fertilized, will get final results on 03/22. I am feeling a little down about the low number of eggs, considering my age and good follicle growth.

We only got 4 eggs, 2 mature. Both made it to day 5. 20 eggs, 7 fertilised (i suspect a load were immature) but one is currently fast asleep in his cot and 3x 5 day blasts are in the freezer. The egg retrieval is a relatively simple procedure with little risks. I had first round of ivf at the age of 40 and got 8 eggs but only 6 fertilised, 4 continued to develop after day 1 but only 2 made it to transfer. I became pregnant but had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. We tried ivf 3 more times but only ever retrieved 1 or 2 eggs and only 1 made it to transfer each time.
Hi ladies—i had my egg retrieval this am. This is our first ivf cycle and we are primarily male factor. I have a normal amh (about 4) and they were seeing more than 10 follicles on us in my monitoring appointments.well, i wake up from retrieval to learn that they only got 10 eggs. I had 10 eggs retrieved, 7 fertilized, 3 made it to blast

Similar number of follicles, 8 eggs retrieved, 6 fertilized, 4 blastocyst (2 day 5 and 2 day 7) which we were so happy with the turnout in the end!!
We've done fet with first two, one didn't implant and one early mc. I'm in my tww after my first fresh transfer. I have low amh and was very worried when i found out they only retrieved 4 eggs. I had 7 large follicles before the retrieval, so it was quite a shock.
Much to my surprise, all 4 fertilized, and 3 made to day 5 blasts. One's in my uterus and two on ice! (there was an exception in one cycle where i made 4). Out of 11 total blasts, i had 4 euploids and 1 llm.

40 y/o and did ivf due to 2 blocked tubes and endometriosis.
23 retrieved, 23 mature, 18 fertilized, 11 blasts, 4 euploid
