Georgia was insensitive to ginny's race by wearing that costume, but she wasn't in the wrong for calling the police when her underage daughter snuck out to go drinking.
The only implications that matter is a minor snuck out, which is extremely dangerous, to go drinking. Race has nothing to do with that fact. Ginny's just going to zion to vent out to him and obviously he'll call georgia,ginny will give some attitude at first but eventually she and georgia will talk,she'll tell her what she wants to know and before you now it,boom! Georgia's daughter becomes an accomplice so to speak and boom!

She explains later that she basically can't do what ginny does or wtv but it doesn't make sense bc ginny is also just a black passing mixed person.
